General information

Prices: all our prices are per person per day with our all-inclusive gourmet board. Visitor’s tax of € 1,60 is excluded (for adults over 15 years of age). For single use of a double rooms and suites we charge Euro 10-15,- extra. There is a reduction of € 7,--per person per day for half-board. Prices for bed and breakfast are on demand. Prices for children apply if the room is booked by 2 adults.

Reservation: a deposit of 450,--€ per room and a written confirmation are required for a definitive reservation

Rooms

We unfortunately can not confirm any room numbers.

Arrival: check-in time is 3 pm, please inform us if you arrive later than 7 pm

Departure: check-out time is 11am, for late-check out we charge 35,--€ per Person (only possible on demand the day before departure)

Parking: parking is free of charge in our underground parking garage

Internet: free access with cable and W-lan

Cancellation: we can only accept written cancellations. we charge cancellation fees according to our cancellation policy.

3 months prior to arrival free of charge

1 month prior to arrival to 40% of the total price

1 week prior to arrival 70% of the total price

less than a week prior to arrival 90% of the total price

Cancellation insurance: if you wish to take out a cancellation insurance please let us know when you make your reservation.

Short stays: we charge € 4,-- per person per day for short stays (less than 3 nights)

Dogs: dogs are welcome – we charge 19,--€ per day (without food), please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, swimming pool and garden
