The Zugspitz Arena boasts more than 90 hiking trails including routes to the tops of the Wetterstein and Ammer range, the Lechtal Alps, the Meiminger chain or to the queen of the hills – the Zugspitze –.All well maintained and waymarked footpaths or trails for all ability levels. Inns and serviced mountain huts along the way cater to the hungry and thirsty hiker; a choice of gondolas and chairlifts effortlessly overcome the steep uphill approachs. W e also have plenty to offer for the youngest walkers!
