Covid 19 Info
We are taking the current situation very seriously. Our main concern being the wellbeing of our guests and our team. We have therefore implemented special safety measures in our hotel which we will outline below. All employees will receive comprehensive training and are regularly tested.
We also understand that flexibility in travel is currently of the upmost importance. We have therefore reviewed our booking policies in order to encourage guests to plan ahead and dissipate any concerns and uncertainties they may have.
Book without worries
We want you to look forward to your holidays without worries and have therefore relaxed our cancellation terms.
For any cancellations related to Covid 19 travel bans you can move your booking. We will issue a voucher for your deposit payment. This relaxed cancellation policy applies up to 14 days prior to arrival for the winter season 20/21.
Most travel insurances now also cover Covid 19, so we highly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance. We are happy to take out the insurance for you.
